Orders over AED 150 qualify for free standard shipping within the UAE; an AED 20 flat rate applies under AED 150. For GCC delivery (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar), orders over AED 300 ship free, with an AED 35 flat rate under AED 300. Customs duties may apply at the destination on GCC orders.

Every card is placed in a penny sleeve and toploader, then secured inside a rigid cardboard mailer to prevent bending during transit. For larger orders with multiple cards, we use additional padding and reinforced packaging. Your cards arrive in the exact condition shown in the product photos — we take packaging seriously.

Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12 PM GST are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on Saturdays, or on Sundays are dispatched the next business day (Monday for weekend orders). Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days for dispatch or transit. We deliver across all seven UAE emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain — typically within 2–3 business days via SMSA Express with full tracking.

No. We do not dispatch or ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Our dispatch days are Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on Friday after the 12 PM GST cutoff, on Saturday, or on Sunday will be dispatched on the next business day, which is normally Monday. Saturdays and Sundays are also excluded when we quote business-day delivery windows.
