This website (vault.apexvault.ae) is operated by Apex Vault Online Selling, a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Trade License No. 1547228, Register No. 2690842. "Apex Vault" refers to this business throughout these terms.
1. Overview
These terms govern your use of the Apex Vault website (vault.apexvault.ae) and any purchases made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services.1 If you do not agree, please do not use the website or make any purchases.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases on this website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products
Apex Vault sells Pokemon trading card singles and sealed products including booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), tins, and accessories. All items are authentic and sourced from official Pokemon TCG products. Card images on the website represent the actual card you will receive. Sealed products are factory sealed from official distributors.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that listings are accurate; however, occasional errors in pricing or description may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order with a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices on Apex Vault are listed in AED (UAE Dirham) and are inclusive of 5% VAT in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.2 Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay, processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.3 For full details, see our Payment Policy.
Your payment is authorised when you place your order. The amount is only captured once we confirm and prepare your order for shipping. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items become unavailable after purchase. In such cases, the authorisation is released and no charge is made to your payment method.
5. Shipping
We ship across the UAE. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day with delivery typically within 2–3 business days across all UAE emirates. Orders above AED 150 qualify for free shipping; a flat rate of AED 20 applies otherwise. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. While we take every precaution to package items securely, Apex Vault is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on all products. Sealed products must be returned unopened and factory sealed. Card singles must be returned in their original sealed packaging (penny sleeve + toploader with seal intact). For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp for the fastest resolution — Apex Vault covers return shipping for approved claims. 7. Card Condition
All cards sold on Apex Vault are in Near Mint (NM) condition unless otherwise stated. Cards are packaged in penny sleeves and toploaders inside rigid mailers to ensure safe delivery.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: placing fraudulent orders, using automated tools to scrape content, attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfering with other users' use of the website.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behaviour towards our staff.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Apex Vault Online Selling or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights.4 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
Pokemon and all related trademarks are property of The Pokemon Company International, Nintendo, and Game Freak. Apex Vault is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Apex Vault Online Selling, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or any products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law, including UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.5
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by UAE law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and, while we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur.
12. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.6
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
16. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting us directly. If unresolved within 30 days, the consumer may file a complaint with the Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection (CCCP) sector of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.7 Either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
