Everything you need to know about how we get your cards to you — fast and safe across the UAE and the wider GCC.
Dispatch schedule — Mon to Fri only
We dispatch and ship Monday to Friday only. We do not dispatch or ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12 PM GST go out the same business day; orders placed after the Friday cutoff, on Saturday, or on Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. Quoted business-day delivery windows also exclude Saturdays and Sundays.
UAE-Wide Delivery
We ship to all seven emirates across the UAE with full tracking from dispatch to your door.
Same-Day Dispatch (Mon–Fri)
Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12 PM GST are dispatched the same business day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays — weekend orders ship the following Monday. UAE delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, excluding weekends.
Free Shipping
Orders over AED 150 qualify for free shipping across the UAE. An AED 20 flat rate applies under AED 150.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay — no extra fees.
GCC-Wide Delivery
We ship to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar with full tracking from dispatch to your door.
Same-Day Dispatch (Mon–Fri)
Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12 PM GST are dispatched the same business day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays — weekend orders ship the following Monday. GCC delivery typically takes 4–6 business days, excluding weekends.
Free Shipping
Orders over AED 300 qualify for free shipping. An AED 35 flat rate applies under AED 300. Customs duties may apply at the destination.
Packaging & Protection
Every card is shipped in a penny sleeve + toploader, secured inside a rigid mailer. Your cards arrive in the exact condition pictured.
