Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure checkout:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Apple Pay

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.1 We do not store, process, or have access to your full card details on our servers.

Currency & Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed and charged in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

All listed prices are inclusive of 5% VAT in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.2

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is authorised when you place your order. The amount is only captured once we confirm and prepare your order for shipping. If an item becomes unavailable, the authorisation is released and no charge is made. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once the payment is successfully processed.

Payment Security

Your payment is protected by industry-standard encryption. Stripe, our payment processor, is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.1 Your card information is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted TLS 1.3 connection and is never stored on our systems.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns Policy and Terms of Service.

When a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any payment issues or have questions about a charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays to your resolution and may affect your ability to place future orders.

Consumer Rights

Your payment rights are protected under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.3 If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may file a complaint with the Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection (CCCP) sector of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism via the Dubai Consumer app, by calling 600 54 5555, or online at consumerrights.ae.
