30-Day Return Policy
Effective Date: 15 March 2026
Overview
Apex Vault offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Sealed Products
Sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, tins, blister packs, and accessories) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened and factory sealed in its original packaging
- The factory shrink wrap or seal must be fully intact and untampered
- The product must be in the same condition as received
For change-of-mind returns on sealed products, return shipping is free. A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Card Singles
Individual card singles may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The card must be returned in its original packaging with the seal unbroken
- Every card ships in a sealed penny sleeve and toploader — the packaging seal must be intact
- If the packaging seal has been opened or tampered with, the return is not eligible, as card condition and authenticity can no longer be verified once packaging is opened
For change-of-mind returns on card singles, return shipping is free. A full refund will be issued upon receipt and verification of sealed packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (Expedited)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we want to resolve it as quickly as possible. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution. For damaged or incorrect items:
- Free return shipping — Apex Vault covers the cost
- We will arrange a return pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label
- You will receive a replacement or full refund, at your choice
Please provide a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging when contacting us. Claims for damaged or incorrect items are accepted within the full 30-day return window, but contacting us within 48 hours allows us to resolve the issue faster.

Please include the following in your return request:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item and packaging (required for damaged/incorrect items)
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. See our Payment Policy for more details.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy above applies. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Consumer Rights
This policy is provided in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.1 Our 30-day return window exceeds the minimum requirements under UAE consumer protection law. If you believe your consumer rights have not been addressed, you may file a complaint with the Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection (CCCP) sector of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism via the Dubai Consumer app, by calling 600 54 5555, or online at consumerrights.ae.2

This return policy applies to all purchases made on vault.apexvault.ae, operated by Apex Vault Online Selling (Trade License No. 1547228, Dubai DET).
